The “Control” Central is the result of years of experience in the technology field of active safety.
Equipped with the most sophisticated equipment allows you to receive and manage interconnections with all control systems located within the territory.
The operators ensure 24 hours 24, 365 days a year, monitoring all systems and discriminating against all types of alerts.
Through sequential verification are assessed nature, priorities and extent of the problems, by providing the necessary verifications and appropriate measures in line with law enforcement agencies.
The use of futuristic systems such as biometric recognition technologies, megapixels cameras and proximity readers allow you to protect the helpline from attempts of unauthorized intrusions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of data processed. A disaster recovery system provides data storage in other protected location.

Supervision

The activity consists in carrying out the armed guards, destined for both the private sector and the public sector services, starting from the stage of study of the issue to arrive at the design and implementation of the plan-security as effective and capable of satisfying the needs of its customers as possible. To carry out its activities the Company employs highly qualified personnel in possession of the Security Guard Certificate and firearms license for self-defense.

All Security Guards on recruitment are adequately trained and formed; such training is constantly updated with specialized courses that take into account not only the evolution of the technical sector but also the continuous changes of the legal rules governing the private security sector. All security guards are wearing the uniform of the Security Institute and and they are equipped with the necessary resources to carry out the service in full compliance with current regulations regarding Public Security issued by the competent authority. All the security guards on duty are constantly radios connected to the Operations Center receives each indicating kind (warning signs, intervention requests, anomalies, suspicious persons, etc.) and coordinates all intervention activities based on the issue to be addressed , interacting as necessary with the Police, Fire brigade, Emergency Room.

Satellite Tracking

With the brand “ESASAT”, Esa offers a satellite GPS radio localization system capable of real-time display the position of the vehicles indicating the direction of travel, speed and status of all the sensors installed on the lorry. Moreover, the system has a historical archive where it is possible to store the traveled itinerary, the distance covered or the operations performed by the driver, such as opening of the doors, booting the vehicle, etc.
In case of alarm it is possible to take action through tele-activations of equipment installed in the vehicle such as sirens, warning lights, vehicle locking devices, etc., with a assisted security service.
ESASAT also proposes solutions suited not only to vehicle safety, but also to the management of corporate fleets with additional services.

Control Room – Remote Patrol for Remote Monitoring and Remote Surveillance

Esa Service, Esa Asset Malta parent company, offers Remote Monitoring and Remote Surveillance through his own 24/7 certified and authorized Control Room (authorized by a Prefectural license under Art. 134 T.U.L.P.S. (Italian Consolidated Law on Public Security) to offer Surveillance Services with Control Room according to Italian Ministerial Decreete n. 56 – 25 February 2015).

Among the most significant aspects of the service offered:

Since 1993, Esa Service, Esa Asset Malta parent company, is Notifier Italy (Honeywell Group) – Authorized Assistance Center for Technical Support): the continuous exchange of experiences with Notifier Italy and the professionalism of our technicians has led Esa Service to become a reference point for the fire protection issues.

Access control to restricted areas / communities

Access Control is a system developed to enable people and vehicles entering or leaving certain areas or rooms/spaces. As part of urban mobility, the focus naturally shifts on vehicles.

With access control systems, it is possible to manage the entrances to an area based on credentials of the user requesting access, for example through recognition of the number plate.

The advantages and the potential compared to the classic use of keys or remote controls are manifold:
• recognizing people who have access to particular spaces or places and keep an archive of the transits and time in which they occurred;
• authorizing access by programming of time slots;

The video surveillance market is growing strongly, driven by a larger audience, by an increase in public and private security problems and by the progress of the technology industry. Thanks to the technological progress, the transition to network video system has already become reality, so that customers can take advantage of flexible systems and standards in security and video surveillance.

In the context of urban video surveillance it is possible to implement quickly CCTV networks with limited budgets and reducing operating costs. This is possible in different environments form public spaces to shopping centers and, in general, very crowded places.

In public transportation and public security, wireless broadband makes 24-hour surveillance, 7 days a week possible, in particular in inaccessible environments where also advanced wired network are not a choice. In addition, with wireless networks, patrol cars can share bidirectional remote video, audio transmissions and other types of data with colleagues and management systems placed with a single security center.

The project implementation with the use of Megapixel cameras with megapixel resolution or HDTV offers an image definition at least three times greater than standard analog definition offered by D1 or 4CIF. A superior video quality allows, therefore, the possibility of obtaining detailed images and sharp scenes taken with a consequent decrease in the number of cameras required, in order to achieve the required coverage. Thanks to better video quality of recorded images in digital systems is possible to enabling magnification and zoom from the recordings without loss of video resolution compared to the resolution of the display of live images.

Safety and Security System connection to our 24/7 Control Room to receive alarms and faults

Esa Asset Malta is able to offer its customers the systems connecting service, receiving alarms and faults, remote control and help desk through its 24/7 Control Room.

Esa Service, Esa Asset Malta parent company, has a specific Control Room, active 24/7, authorized by a Prefecture of Padua license under Art. 134 T.U.L.P.S. (Italian Consolidated Law on Public Security), by the Padua Police Headquarters and manned by security guards, according to Italian Ministerial Decreete n. 56 – 25 February 2015 n.56. Esa Service security guards have specific experience in issues related to burglar alarms, fire protection, video surveillance and other technological systems.

Some examples of services provided by Esa Service with its 24/7 Control Room are:
Alarms/Faults Receiving – Support: – receiving and analyzing alarms and faults, exchanging information with the contact person to solve issues as soon as possible;
